Shadows-OFF, Reflections-Terrain&Sky, Character Model Limit Lowest-Medium and in critical situations(world bosses,events,wvw, maybe raids) Character Model Quality set to Lowest. All you can do is adjust your graphics settings for every situation. It has always been a problem in GW2 unfortunately. Overall you shouldn't expect smooth 60FPS in all places. THIS is a small example of what you should expect (I'm at work now, this is the only of my screenshots, which I got atm). With GW2Hook game will have beautiful colors, textures will be sharper and since you won't use default postprocessing - you will gain some performance (not much, but it's still a gain). It is possible with GW2Hook (or ReShade, but I have never used it).
It will give a significant performance boost, especially knowing that your CPU is capable of going up to 5.1GHz (with decent cooling).
